This session may help open your subconscious mind, allowing connection to your inner self.
In 45 minutes you will experience roughly 25-30 minutes of hypnosis - deep relaxation acompanied by some ambient music; and 20 min of thereapeutic reflection and manifestation. You will reflect on how you felt in your body during the experience, what may have come up for you as a thought, feeling, in some cases vision, and how you intend to do something differently in the coming week to benefit your health and wellbeing.
This session may help you with:
reduction of stress and anxiety,
lowering anger and blood pressure,
promoting deep inner relaxation,
increasing mental and emotional clarity,
removing blockages and toxins from the body,
reducing insomnia and sleep issues,
finding deeper understanding of self
You will learn, in a bite size, the benefits of hypnotherapy, how it works and how it can improve your life.
All you need is:
a yoga mat
cushion if you need for comfort
a warm blanket
an open mind
These sessions are very much client led, if you do not wish to discuss your experience in the talking part of the session, that is ok. By just turning up, you subconcious already opens to your wishes and desires so they don't have to be said out loud.
Most sessions take part in just a small, 6 persons, group so that you can feel safe and comfortable.
