To coincide with British Flower Week, join us at 16 New St for a floral-themed literary salon, where local academic Dr Setara Pracha introduces you to Regency floriography - the language of flowers. In a room bedecked with floral arrangements we will stroll into high summer with a variety of extracts from the period, including poets John Clare and William Cowper, artists Kate Greenaway and Marianne North, and of course, a bit of Jane Austen!
