Learn new AGA skills with Trizia from Trizia’s Italian Kitchen and Chris from Binney & Boarder. Meet around our eR3 for live demos and good food in good company… Tuesday 17th June 18:30-20:30 HCS showroom, St. Mary £25pp to include live demo, Q&A, food and drink. Join us on Tuesday 17th June at 18:30 in our showroom for a summer soiree that promises to be both entertaining and educational. Learn how to create sumptuous summer dishes with passionate AGA enthusiasts Trizia and Chris. Get hands-on experience and tips to fuel your summer evenings around the AGA. Enhance your cooking skills and enjoy a welcoming evening of good food in good company. The evening includes live demos on the AGA eR3 as your chefs cover the basic rules and benefits of AGAs. Dishes will then be laid out for you to enjoy while you chat with Trizia and Chris surrounded by other members of Jersey's passionate AGA community, sharing tips and tricks. This event is for all AGA lovers; experienced users, the AGA curious, and those looking to better understand new electric AGAs. It is also relevant for owners of older oil and multifuel models. Summer menu to follow shortly. As a guide, our spring menu looked like this: Spring chicken pot pie Poached salmon with watercress Gremolata Jersey Royals with herb butter Asparagus and pea oven baked rice Italian Yogurt pot citrus and vanilla cake Rum glazed charred pineapple with lime and chilli crème fraiche. All the AGA recipes on the night will use local and seasonal ingredients (from Anneville Organic Farm where possible) and be cooked infront of you on the AGA eR3. This 2 hour event includes the live demo, Q&A, food and drink. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
