Good morning everyone! It looks like the weather is going to be ok for this Sunday so if you’re looking to start your Sunday off right, come and join us! FREE Kata training class in the FRESH air! Sunday at 10am we are holding FREE kata/training classes!!! Led by Derek Veitch Shihan. Classes will be situated on the green behind the TA Territorial Army) Centre on Mount Bingham. Specific directions can be obtained via messaging Derek Veitch, Nick Boleat, Martin Le Var and Nick Cunningham Do-Gi’s are not required! There is disc zone parking nearby and, obviously classes will be weather dependent! Get your kata and techniques up to scratch in the fresh air for gratis! Hopefully we will see you Sunday at 10am!
