The Jersey Gardening Club welcomes Ollie Griggs from Lomah Farm to share his inspiring journey of running a successful market farm covering 3.5 acres in St John. We will learn about his passion for producing healthy fresh food, while using sustainable farming methods. There’ll be practical tips for us all to take away and inspire us to ‘grow our own’. Entrance: Members - Free / Non-members - £5 Join us for our monthly garden club nights on the third Tuesday at St Lawrence Parish Hall, where you’ll find a welcoming community of plant lovers, gardening enthusiasts, and green-thumbed friends. Club nights also include our bargain plant sales stand, Looking Good table and that all important cuppa to enjoy while catching up with like-minded friends. Our exciting calendar of events offers something for everyone — from inspiring guest talks and exclusive visits to members’ gardens and local places of interest, to our ever-popular annual quiz night. Members can also take part in fun photography and growing competitions, and we’ll celebrate the season in style with our much-loved summer party. Annual membership £25 single / £36 joint. Offering you free access to a whole year full of entertaining club nights, with a wide variety of events and speakers.
