heathlands, sand dunes, and the reef at low tide
, exploring not just plants and seaweeds, but your deeper connection to nature through your senses.

What to Expect:
Learn to identify edible and medicinal coastal plants
Rockpooling for seaweed, shellfish, and micro-habitats
Deepen your connection to nature using all your senses
Explore the idea of “gut instincts” and ancestral knowledge
Share insights on nature-connected living and local ecology

Waterproof footwear (wellies or shoes you can get wet)
Bucket and/or small fishing net
Notebook if you'd like to sketch or jot notes
Weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended!)
