The Mont-à-l’abbé Farming Landscape
Explore the historic landscape of Mont-à-l’Abbé, the medieval fief of Bellozanne, with its historic buildings, two of which are Dairy farms today. Discover how the geology determines the landscape of valleys, uplands and ancient route ways and how the Ice Age provided soil which contributes so much to the Island's agriculture.
This geowalk starts in the lower carpark of the Potato Shack at Woodlands Farm.
