Thank you for your application to attend the Jersey Business Improvement Programme and we are delighted that you have been accepted onto the programme.
To secure your place on the programme please complete payment for each person from your organisation taking part.
The programme consists of 4 workshops:-
Workshop 1 - 16th September
. Delegates are set up to understand change management and agree an area for improvement within their business, enabling them to write a Project Charter. They will understand how to create an environment for continuous improvement of processes applying the Lean, Agile, Six Sigma approach.
Workshop 2 - 7th October
. Practical experience of the problem solving tools that can be used back in the workplace to deliver the chosen project. Gain an understanding of data collection for analysis for the process, expose waste and explore root cause analysis.
Workshop 3 - 4th November.
A practical day where delegates practice using the problem solving tools in a simulation leading to improvement.
Workshop 4 - 25th November
. Delegates focus on workplace organisation techniques, the application of quality and efficient procedures and demonstrate the impact of improvements.
