YOGA WITH ROXY KIRTAN WITH NEERAJ, SIMYA AND FRIENDS FRI APRIL 25th 6.30-9.30pm @ ‘THE BRIDGE’ Community Centre COST: DONATION Kirtan Collective is thrilled to have Roxy guide us through a yoga session at our next event. With over 25 years of experience, Roxy is dedicated to helping students find balance, strength, and inner peace through the practice of yoga. Known for her warm and encouraging teaching style, Roxy creates a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Roxy will guide you on a transformative journey to enhance your physical and mental well being. Join Roxy's class and discover the joy of yoga! KIRTAN: We are blessed to have returning kirtaneers Neeraj and Simya joining the Jersey Kirtan Collective, so unlock your throat chakra and open your heart as we join together in chanting and singing mantras. Access and activate your bliss (ananda) that resides within. Please bring: * Yoga mat (spare yoga mats available) * Water * blanket SCHEDULE: 6.30-7.30pm Yoga with Roxy 7.30-7.45pm Break 7.45-9pm Kirtan with Neeraj, Simya and the Kirtan Collective Community 9-9.30pm Tea and Snacks (You’re welcome to bring some vegetarian snacks to share) WHEN: FRI APRIL 25th WHERE: ‘THE BRIDGE’ Community Centre TIME: 6.30-9.30pm COST: DONATION based community event All are welcome.
