Join the Jersey Hospitality Association as we celebrate local.
From 10am on Saturday renowned Chef Michael Caines will host a Q&A and officially open the festival at 11am.
TV Chef and author from River Cottage, Steven Lamb will then take the reins showcasing local produce through demos and interviews with local chefs and producers over both days.
There will be pop up restaurants, an educational area, a farmers market and live music all celebrating local!
