The course is designed to promote collaborative working practice around safeguarding reporting and recording, and child protection practice.
The course will cover:
• User experience feedback
• Managing and recording safeguarding practice
• Discuss potential gaps and agree improvement plan.
• ‘The Safeguarding Company’ update on My Concern developments
The outcomes of this course will be to enhance understanding of:
• Timely responses to concerns raised.
• Collegial and multi-agency information sharing
• Accurate and effective record-keeping
• Maintaining up to date chronologies
• Identify children and family needs and referral to appropriate services.
• Effective record keeping which supports escalation.
• Producing safeguarding reports
