𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 To celebrate International Women's Day we’re hosting a 3-hour, 3-part event this Saturday! We’re delighted to have the incredible Amanda Beaton to kick things off with a female-specific strength workout • Amanda is a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Biomechanist & Kinesiologist, Level 4 Sports Massage & Cupping and has a wealth of knowledge about training and optimal recovery - we have no doubt that you’ll learn more about your body in her hour session than most would have learnt in years! We have the amazing Shannon from Nature Nurture Jersey putting you through a tailored yoga flow - a perfect cool down to Amanda’s workout and 60 minutes to slow down the mind and enable more space to be. And to close the event we have the one and only Dr Glenda Rivoallan delivering a Resilience As Fudge Women talk • Dr. G is a top-selling author, speaker and resilience coach - this talk will help you tap into the inner strength you already have, so you can truly believe in your ability to thrive. Women Who Lift will leave you feeling empowered, educated, and ready to take on anything that comes in your way! Where? • Transform Together Fitness, Longueville Road (below Love Wine).
