Tuesday, 27 May 2025 18:30 - 20:00 West Park The first lay-by along the avenue at the wooden shelter. West Park 8km at 6.30pm An out & back course, starting and finishing at the first wooden shelter along the avenue. Begin by heading towards the Radisson & Freedom Tree, then run along the bottom of the pier and back along the top. Then head towards St Aubins, but dead turn in line with the traffic lights by the Sandybrook perquage and head back to West Park for the finish in the same location as the start. This is the perfect tune up race ahead of a 10km or half marathon. It will help you to set your goal time and pace. It is also a great in-between distance for anyone looking for their next challenge following their first 5km. Check in from 6pm. All abilities welcome!
