Kundalini is a unique style of yoga that incorporates… • Kriyas ( sets of yogic exercises to bring about specific outcomes) • Asanas (Postures) • Mudras (hand gestures) • Bandhas (Internal body locks) • Mantras (sacred sound vibrations) • Pranayama (breath control), and • Meditation. Kundalini Yoga helps to: • Regulate the body through the breath • Clear out stagnancy & energy blockages • Increase oxygenated blood supply to the organs and extremities • Encourage clarity, flexibility and endurance • Create a calm mind YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is a very passive and grounding style of yoga with the postures generally practiced from either sitting or lying down. It is very gentle, soothing and meditative and is a perfect way to ground and integrate the energy that would have been raised through the Kundalini Yoga. This workshop is suitable for everyone, including beginners.
