Aimed at Registered Managers, Department Leads, Team Leads, Project Leads and Nurse Specialists.
This training consists of one full day with the aim to enable the individual to feel confident and competent to take up the role of supervisors, gaining an understanding of the policy framework that supports this. All attendees will be provided with a take away a toolkit that they will have practised with during the training.
