We’ll begin with a gentle cacao ceremony, inviting the plant’s properties to guide us into stillness. Through calming somatic movement, restorative yin yoga, and guided meditation, you’ll release tension and reconnect with your body’s innate ability to rest and restore. The retreat includes a safe and supportive sharing circle to deepen connection and foster reflection.

Please bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Journal+pen, your favourite mug and wear comfy clothes
The difference in ticket price is simply what feels best for you to contribute. The standard option is the base price to cover the event costs and my time, while the abundant option is for those who feel they can and want to give a little extra to support me and the work I do. Both tickets give you the same access to the event.
