Speaker Profile
Having recently relocated to Jersey after 25 years in London, Gaëlle is a fierce advocate for women’s empowerment, with a passion for fueling positive transformation. She studied Executive Leadership at Harvard and is a certified Executive Coach with Performance Coaching International. Throughout her career, she has:
Coached over 400 women to unlock their leadership potential.
Trained 500+ Coca-Cola executives across EMEA in leadership development.
Empowered 300+ teenage girls through confidence-building programs.
Delivered a TEDx Talk on "How to Shape the Next Generation of Female Leaders in 4 Steps."
Her impressive background includes working in over 80 countries, mentoring high-potential women executives, and designing a Female Leadership Programme for teenage girls in Jersey’s secondary schools.

Funds raised will contribute to the development of the leadership curriculum and scholarships for those in need.
