Jersey is committed to ensuring the long-term provision of education for our young people that makes us proud as an Island. To achieve this we recognise that the commitment needs to be for the long term which is why we are making significant investment to train more teachers. Islanders that wish to be our future teachers have three different ways to make this happen. Each route is designed to suit different life points, circumstances and learning styles. If you have a degree and a desire to teach, we have a route to make your desire a reality. Join us to find more information about how you can train in Jersey to become a teacher at our event being held on Monday 20th January 2025. The team will be hosting a presentation at 7pm in the Education Department Committee Room at Highlands College, with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
