We have a few spaces available tomorrow, 10th December at our JH Members' Lunchtime Learning. This FREE event is being extended out to the local community for the first time! Talk and activities will be led by Jersey Heritage's Education Officer, Sarah Huelin, with demonstrations from local spinner, Gilian Little. Take a break from work in your lunch hour and speak to our experts! Farming for the Future Thanks to some generous sponsorship from the Roy Overland Trust, the Education team are offering our new ‘Farming for the Future’ education programme, based at Hamptonne Country Life Museum and Le Tacheron Farm in Trinity, to primary schools on the Island. Find out how this exciting new project is making an impact in schools and have a go at some of the activities on offer yourselves, from carding wool to looking at soil microbiology! We'll provide sandwiches, tea and coffee, so you won't go hungry! Drop-in from 1pm and be back to work by 2pm. Short talk starts at 1:15pm. Booking your FREE ticket on Eventbrite is essential - includes a light lunch. Donations welcome.
