The Annual General Meeting of the St Saviour's Battle of Flowers Association will be held at the Parish Hall on Thursday 21st November 2023 at 7.00pm for the following business:- 1. Opening address from the Honorary President; 2. Receive the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 2nd November 2023; 3. Report by the Chairman 4. Receive the accounts for the past year; 5. To elect a committee for the coming year (Nominations may be submitted in writing to the Chair - Miss S Ellis, at 50 Clos Paumelle, Bagatelle Road, St. Saviour JE2 7YW or by email to [email protected] by Tuesday 19th November 2024); 6. Any other business: If anyone is interested in joining, or maybe re-joining, then please let us know ! After the amazing success of this year we are hoping to go bigger and better next year so more hands would be greatly appreciated !!
