Lino Print Christmas Ornament Workshop Come join me at David Hick Interiors for a fun and creative workshop where you can carve, print and make your very own Christmas ornaments! In this hands-on event, you'll learn the art of linocut printing and create unique decorations to adorn your tree or give as gifts. One of the templates on offer is by the very talented Amsterdam based printmaker Maarit Hanninen. Previous experience is ideal but not necessary - just bring your festive spirit and we'll provide all the materials you need. There will be Tea, Coffee and mice pies to fuel your creative flow! What will we be doing? Firstly, i will take you through the tools and materials we will be using You will be shown how to transfer the ornament design onto your lino block Time to carve your design Once the carving is complete, we will have a short tea break Now you can print your lino block template! Next up you'll be cutting out your ornaments and assembling them I will be providing a sweat treat to hide inside your completed ornemnents
