*FREE EVENT* FRIDAY 15th NOVEMBER Come and join us for the November full moon rise. ******* The November full moon is our fourth and final supermoon of the year. It is known as the Beaver or Frost moon. According to pagan traditions, this is a time to let go of past troubles or grief and start looking forward to a new season and soon, a new year. ******* Moonrise 15.49 Sunset 16.27 We shall be pointing the telescopes skyward to explore a different world of not just the moon, but planets and stars too. Obviously we are very weather dependent. Please meet us at the benches above Long Beach car park, Grouville, from 15.15. If you have binoculars and a folding chair please bring them along. Warm clothing and a hot drink could be useful too! For the swimmers ...high tide is at 17.51 (11.2m) For the hungry ... Fish and Chips from the village is a tasty treat!
