KIRTAN COLLECTIVE VOICE ACTIVATION, YOGA NIDRA, KIRTAN FRI OCT 25th @ THE BRIDGE COMMUNITY CENTRE 6.30-9.3Opm Join Stacey, Noelene, Laura and friends for an evening of uplifting fun, comprised of Voice Activation, Yoga Nidra, Kirtan and Community. Stacey Cohen is a music artist/producer, and singer from the South Coast of England. She will be sharing some fun singing technique, and uplifting group singing exercises and song. www.staceycohenmusic.com IG/FB/TT: @staceycohenmusic Join Noelene as she helps to bring balance to the nervous system with a restorative Yoga Nidra practice. Benefits include; increased vitality, reduced stress, improved sleep, helps lower blood pressure, encourages love and compassion for self and for others, and so much more. Your awareness will be guided inwards to journey to the deeper layers of self accessing deep relaxation through which the physical, mental and emotional energies are refined. Some gentle movements will be introduced at the end of the yoga nidra which is a non moving relaxation practice. Join Laura and friends as we unlock our throat chakra and open our heart in chanting and singing mantras.(Kirtan) Access and activate your bliss (ananda) that resides within.
