**FREE EVENT** Please come and join us and the Société Jersiaise Ornithology Section for a spot of birdwatching at Le Hocq and Pontac. Unfortunately "Sea"gulls get a significant amount of bad press and all species tend to be tarred with the same brush! We shall be spending the morning identifying the different species of gull which frequent our shores and discover their different qualities. Le Hocq and Pontac is also busy with over-wintering waders and Brent Geese so this is also an ideal opportunity to get to know these beautiful birds. The event is perfect for anyone with an interest in bird watching, but will be aimed at beginners. Children welcome. Spare binoculars will be available and there will be someone on hand to help you use them. *NO NEED TO BOOK - JUST TURN UP!*
