Join Adrian Kent from ‘Lotus Therapies Jersey’ as he shares with you the necessary skills needed to offer a proficient reflexology treatment to friends and family. In this fun 4hr workshop you will learn the reflexology application technique and how to use it to offer a full foot reflexology treatment, including foot warm up to begin and foot massage to end. There will be a small introduction to Reflexology at the beginning but most of the workshop will be practical. Handouts will be available covering everything taught.
