Join us on Friday 11 October for a six-course Spanish dinner paired with a selection of the finest Spanish wines created by our very own Spanish Sous Chef Miguel Angel Camacho. Miguel relocated to Jersey in 2023 to take up the position of Sous Chef at The Atlantic Hotel working under Executive Chef Will Holland. Miguel brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in some of the best Spanish restaurants in Europe including Dani Garcia’s multi-Michelin starred and world acclaimed BiBo and José Pizarro's eponymous London restaurant Pizarro. The menu he has created for this special night is his interpretation of classic Spanish cuisine with modern touches.
