FUN ON THE FARM Join us for a fun-packed farm day next Saturday (7 Sept) at Hamptonne Country Life Museum from 10am-4pm for our third FREE Discovery Day of the year! Hamptonne is home to calves, pigs, sheep, chickens and rabbits. Come and meet the animals and learn how sheep wool is turned into yarn. Join our Education team to have a go at carding, and let our local spinner and community group of knitters show you their craft. Relax in the meadow, listening to our storyteller and join in with farmyard-inspired activities. Parking is available in the Hamptonne car park and nearby field, or you are welcome to walk, cycle or hop on a bus. All children must be accompanied by a helpful adult.
