These outdoor taster sessions are open to anyone – no sign-up, no pressure, just curiosity and connection. Near the Bandstand, Coronation Park (Millbrook Park) Fridays 10.30–11.30am What to expect: A friendly chat about pelvic health and the pelvic pain service Gentle guided movement with breath and awareness A peaceful outdoor setting in nature Space to ask general questions (no personal medical advice) Pelvic pain can affect the bladder, bowel, womb, prostate or pelvic floor – and often shows up as tension, tightness or pain in daily life. These sessions offer a gentle way to explore movement and reconnect with your body. Wear: something comfy Bring: a mat, towel or blanket, pillow (optional), water, sun hat and sunscreen You’ll need to be independently mobile and able to get on/off the ground without assistance Open, supportive and relaxed. No experience needed.
