Presents: Prehistoric Star Gazing and Archaeology Evening.
Join us for an evening of discovery and see the same stars that our ancient ancestors gazed upon from the 6000 years old Neolithic passage grave site at La Hougue Bie. Neil Mahrer, Jersey Heritage Conservator and an active astronomer, will be there with telescopes to explain what stars and planets that ancient peoples would have seen over the course of their year. All ages welcome!
We will be opening up our Archaeology Rooms to show some of the recent work that we have been doing - Hot drinks, cakes and biscuits will be available!
