SLOW-FLOW YOGA AND KIRTAN With Jenna Weber FRI JULY 18th 6.30-9.30pm @ ‘THE BRIDGE’ Community Centre COST: DONATION ________________________________________ Kirtan Collective is delighted to welcome Jenna Weber, who will be guiding us through a gentle, slow-flow yoga practice—an ideal way to prepare and ground ourselves before kirtan. “I began my yoga journey in the Vinyasa tradition, completing my initial 200-hour teacher training in this style. Since then, I’ve expanded my studies to include Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pre- & Postnatal Yoga. Through both my teaching and personal practice, I love exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit through asana. My intention is to cultivate a felt sense of connection to the self—taking a 'seat' within the body. I aim to create a supportive space where we can gently release tension, both physically and mentally, and invite in a sense of peace and harmony—on the mat and beyond. I’ll be guiding a gentle, slow-flow yoga practice that’s accessible to all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you are warmly welcome.” **KIRTAN** Join the Kirtan Collective Community in chanting sacred mantras to elevate your vibration, reconnect with your inner self, and tap into transcendent joy. Kirtan is a devotional singing practice that awakens the heart and unlocks your natural bliss. No experience or vocal skill needed—just bring your presence and voice. — **EVENT DETAILS** **When:** Friday, July 18th **Where:** The Bridge Community Centre **Time:** 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM **Cost:** Free (Donations Welcome) **Dress:** Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing **WHAT TO BRING** * Yoga mat *(Let us know if you need to borrow one)* * Water * Blanket *(Optional)* SCHEDULE: 6.30-7.30pm Gentle Slow-Flow Yoga with Jenna 7.30-7.45pm Break 7.45-9pm Kirtan with the Kirtan Collective Community 9-9.30pm Tea and Snacks (You’re welcome to bring some vegetarian snacks to share) You are welcome to come to one or both parts of the program.
