Summer Solstice - connecting with nature. Looking forward to warm sunny days, sea air and picnics in the countryside! The southern end of St Ouen's Bay with its coastal habitat and spectacular sea views is a wonderful area for enjoying all types of wildlife and exploring the ancient La Sergente Dolmen. As usual this is a short walk with plenty of stops to discover the wildlife. On the return leg of this short walk we hope to be treated to a spectacular sunset on this first day of summer. (KIDS FREE) PARKING/MEETING POINT: La Pulente car park (the long-narrow one) Start time: 19.30 (approx 2hrs) PLEASE ARRIVE BY 19.15 FOR 19.30 START We shall take a picnic to enjoy before we set off - please feel free to join us. Terrain: A good coastal path, steep steps up and a windy path downwards. Distance: 1.45 miles Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Well behaved dogs are very welcome.
