This workshop on Emotional Regulation hosted by CAMHS will cover:

• Window Of Tolerance
• Self-regulation and co-regulation
• Strategies for regulation
This workshop will take place in classroom 3B
A creche will be available in the nursery, supervised by a member of the school staff, for parents attending workshops. Please check in at the nursery to secure your time slot. Please note children must be toilet trained.
