About the speakers
Michelle Buckles
is a registered psychotherapist and Co-founder of Mind Matters and has a private practice, Oasis Therapy.
Michelle’s specialist area is supporting people with PTSD & trauma to be able to reprocess their experience in a way that allows them to re-engage with life in a meaningful way. It is possible to go on to enjoy a happy, fulfilled life despite personal adversity.
Lydia Falle
is a registered psychotherapist and Co-Founder of Mind Matters and has a private practice at the Lido medical Center, Jersey
Lydia works with individuals of all ages and has a particular interest in supporting women through conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond but remains a general psychotherapist working with most areas of mental health.
Dr Kirstie Ross MB ChB, MRCEM
Currently working as a senior doctor in Jersey General Hospital Emergency Department. A Geordie lass who trained in Liverpool and moved back to the North East, after her Junior Doctor years. Dr Ross has experience in Emergency Medicine which covers all specialties from Pain Management to Psychiatry to Gynaecology.
Daniel Read, Partner Walkers
Is an experienced litigator, with a particular specialism in contentious employment law, partnership disputes and director disputes.
Daniel assists financial services clients with the full life-cycle of the employment relationship, from the initial stages around business and employment licenses, to tailoring contracts and policies, through to the end of a relationship including managing exits and enforcing post-termination restrictions. Daniel is based in Jersey, and is a Jersey Advocate and an English Barrister (non-practicing).
