Come join us for a hands-on textiles course where you'll learn the art of natural dyeing and Shibori techniques. This in-person event will be held at ArtHouse Jersey, Greve de Lecq Studios. Discover the fascinating process of natural dyeing, using plant-based materials to create vibrant and unique colours on fabric. Also covered is the Japanese resist-dyeing technique of Shibori to create intricate patterns and explore the beauty of sustainable textile art.

Margarida Lourenco is a textile designer and art tutor who creates textile sculptures to bring attention to contemporary issues such as sustainability, migration and over-consumption. Margarida has a passion for creativity and a belief in the power of art to connect and inspire.
