Relish Delicatessen, a multiple award-winning Jersey institution, has been serving the island for almost 30 years. Housed in the former Post Office in the Central Market, in the heart of St Helier's historical quarter, it is renowned for its take-away food and drinks available throughout the day. Locally, Relish is celebrated for its fabulous selection of over 100 artisan European cheeses, curated by Florian and Romano, alongside fine French wines and Champagnes, pâtés, charcuterie, luxury European artisan foodstuffs, and chocolates.

Since 2010, Florian de Poray has developed Relish into the finest delicatessen in the Channel Islands, establishing it as Jersey's champion of epicurean delight. Florian personally sources the finest ingredients from across Europe, and their cheeses, wines, and charcuterie are supplied to some of the finest restaurants and private dining tables in the islands. Relish also offers beautiful and sumptuous presentation platters of cheeses, charcuterie, and fruits made to order, as well as fondues to take away, and is the perfect place for foodie gifts, with bespoke gift hampers available year-round.
