La Robeline Cider & Sausages is an award-winning, family-run artisan cider maker, distillery, and catering team located in St. Ouen, Jersey. Founded by Richard and Sarah Matlock, they are known for producing traditional "Cidre Bouchee" from local Jersey apples and nothing else, using an ancient, restored cider press. Their passion for local produce extends to their French-style sausages, made from 100% pork, and a variety of other dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Beyond their cider and sausage production, La Robeline operates a catering service with a fleet of unique food trailers, including "The Cider Shack," "The Sausage Hut," "The Boat" (for seafood), and "La Rotissoire" (for wood-fired roasts). They cater for private parties, corporate functions, and various public and charity events throughout the year. Additionally, their barn, "La Cidrerie," opens as a pop-up restaurant on select evenings from April to September, offering a menu that showcases local ingredients, including meat and fish cooked over a large wood-fired grill.
