L'Auberge Du Nord Pub and Restaurant is located in the heart of St. John, in the north of Jersey. The building was originally a private residence, part of a larger estate constructed at the end of the 17th century. The initials of its first inhabitants are reportedly still visible above the fireplace in what is now the pool room. Over time, the house and surrounding fields became a working farm before being converted into a public house and lodging house in the late 1940s.
Today, L'Auberge Du Nord is a bustling and lively venue popular with both locals and visitors. It features multiple connected spaces, including a restaurant that can seat over 100 diners for lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy their meals, including a popular Sunday Roast, either indoors or al fresco overlooking the property. The establishment also boasts a cosy and friendly bar, a sun-drenched spacious beer garden, and offers options for delivery and takeout.
