Beresford Street Kitchen is a social enterprise in Jersey that provides education, training, and employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Their vision is to create an inclusive workforce where individuals can maximize their potential, be recognized for their skills, and be treated with respect. The café serves as a busy meeting point and social hub, but it also houses various zones across different floors that facilitate a range of training, work, and community engagement activities.

Operating as a charity, all profits generated from sales are reinvested back into the organization, enabling them to offer more positions and expand their programs. Beresford Street Kitchen offers services such as private function hire and a catering service. They also have a retail shop within the café. Their food is prepared on-site by a team of chefs, apprentices, trainees, and pathway members, with a menu that changes daily based on fresh, seasonal produce.
