Casa Paco is a Spanish restaurant located in the Central Market of St. Helier, Jersey. Established in 2014 by Paco Lora, it is inspired by his grandmother's traditional homemade Spanish cooking and offers an authentic selection of Spanish dishes and produce, regularly imported directly from Spain. The restaurant is known for its lively tapas culture and a wide array of authentic dishes, including paellas and their 'Grandma's Special'. Casa Paco provides amazing Spanish home-style cooking, freshly made on the day, available for takeaway and, at times, delivery.

Recognized as one of Jersey's favorite lunch spots and an upbeat Spanish eatery, Casa Paco aims to provide customers with the ultimate Spanish experience using only the best ingredients. The restaurant is situated in the heart of St. Helier's historic market, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the Central Market. Recently, Casa Paco, along with other market restaurants, has started opening late on Friday and Saturday evenings in an effort to make the Central Market a focal point of town.
