Sumas Restaurant is a boutique, family-run establishment located in Gorey, on the east side of Jersey, offering picturesque views of Mont Orgueil Castle and Gorey harbour. Since 1997, Sumas has been a prominent figure in casual fine dining, known for its whitewashed walls, contemporary interior, stunning terrace, friendly service, and exceptional food.

The restaurant prides itself on using seasonal and local produce, with a particular emphasis on shellfish such as hand-dived scallops, oysters, crab, and lobster. The menu also caters to meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans, and features a lunch set menu and a full Sunday Roast offering. Sumas has consistently been recognized by the Michelin Guide, the AA Guide (currently holding 2 AA Rosettes), and the Good Food Guide for over two decades.
