Mark Jordan at the Beach is a celebrated restaurant located on the south coast of Jersey, near St. Helier and St. Aubin's Harbour. It offers a relaxed, casual dining experience with stunning views of the bay. The restaurant, a sister venue to Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel, is a joint venture between Mark and Magda Jordan and Patrick and Treena Burke, owners of The Atlantic Hotel. Mark Jordan, who previously held a Michelin star for eleven years at Ocean Restaurant, brings his culinary expertise to this beachside eatery, focusing on top-quality, locally sourced produce, especially seafood.
The menu features an extensive à la carte selection, including dishes like seared Jersey scallops, fillet of cod with Thai style broth, and Irish beef fillet, alongside tempting desserts. The décor is described as informal, laid-back beach chic, with natural stone, rattan furniture, Jersey oak, and bold artwork by local artists. An all-weather heated terrace allows for al fresco dining. The restaurant has been recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand for good food and value, as well as two AA Rosettes.
