Longueville Manor is Jersey's most highly acclaimed hotel and the sole member of the Relais & Châteaux collection of luxury hotels and restaurants in the Channel Islands. This lovingly restored 14th-century manor house offers 30 individually designed bedrooms and suites, a renowned 3 AA-Rosette restaurant, and sits within 18 acres of private woodland, featuring a Victorian kitchen garden and an outdoor pool. The restaurant at Longueville Manor, helmed by Executive Chef Andrew Baird, focuses on simplicity and flavour, celebrating the best of local Jersey produce, much of which comes from its own Victorian kitchen garden. The cuisine is Modern British with classical influences, and the kitchen is known for its innovation. An extensive wine list of over 500 bins complements the dining experience. The restaurant offers various dining settings, including the historic Oak Room and the brighter Garden Room, as well as al fresco options by the pool in summer.
