The gym has an assortment of activities to try, from treadmills that can have their incline plane adjusted as well as the usual speed settings, to rowing machine and excercise bikes- this gym offers weight training equipment and has televisions so you won't get bored of repeating the same exercise over and over for your self care.
With affordable rates, and a top of the range café for that post-work out treat, Les Quennevais Sport Centre is one of the best places in Jersey to bring your friends and family.
The sports centre works with schools to help teach the children to swim from a young age in order to boost their confidence, and I owe a lot to places such as these for all they do to help the future generations of the islands.
