1. Inconvenient Party Area: The area assigned to us was an access point to the storage room, causing constant interruptions as staff moved in and out during the party. This disrupted the celebration and made the space feel less private and suitable for an event.
2. Unprofessional Behavior by the Receptionist: The duty receptionist (male) that day handled a situation very poorly. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he interrupted the party by entering the room and publicly announcing that the food we brought was not allowed. While we understand the policy, this could have been handled discreetly by speaking with the event host privately outside.
3. Poor Communication and Timing: If there were concerns about our setup, your staff should have informed us before the party started or during the initial preparation period, rather than waiting until the middle of the event. This lack of communication and public embarrassment could have been avoided with proper coordination.
We chose Jersey Bowling expecting a professional and enjoyable experience, but this situation left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the unprofessional behavior of your staff to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
