We used Fireplace Magic to fit a new Wood Burning Stove after it was time to say goodbye to our tired and inefficient model. The experience from Amanda and John was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They recommended a British-made stove, which was important to us, and the Dean Stoves model is a beautiful thing indeed. We honestly can't thank them enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them in an absolute heartbeat. Scott came along to the installation and his works was clean and meticulous, he deserves a mention too. We have already set our calendars to have the chimney swept in 12 months time. Amanda, John and Scott, we cannot thank you enough.

The Fireplace Magic team have been nothing short of fabulous. We initially contacted a competitor of theirs who were slow to respond, and were over £1000 cheaper and delivered exactly what I wanted which the others could not do. From the initial site visit, to the shop visit, to installation everyone has been so friendly, professional and helpful in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. John and his team worked very hard on the day and were polite and very tidy. 100% would recommend. Thank you all again!

Fantastic service and incredibly professional. John and Amanda at Fireplace Magic came highly recommended from friends and neighbours and I can now understand why. Happy to answer questions in the store or via email, happy to update estimates to reflect changes we requested. The actual installation was amazing, John and team were incredibly polite, clean and thorough. I wish all experiences of having work done at our house were as good as this.
