Extremely rude. After 20 minutes of waiting for my taxi I phoned to see where they were and they claimed they arrived and called me with no answer, despite not having any missed calls on my phone. We tried to call and resolve the problem but the person on the phone repeatedly hung up on us and was very rude and unprofessional. Awful customer service and I would highly recommend trying elsewhere.

Booked this company to take us from a hotel from St Helier to Airport on a Sunday, the taxi driver was nice however the car was quite dirty and we were shocked by the cost of this transfer! Shocking prices, London transfers are cheaper, will not use them again or recommend them!

Booked four hours private hire on. Sunday afternoon. Frank sacrificed his lunch and came on the dot to the pick up point. He followed our itinerary and also added a couple more stops after checking with us they would be of interest and he gave some commentary but was not excessively chatty. Was patient and polite and told us to take our time. Really enjoyed our drive and chat. Lovely Glaswegian who’s been in Jersey 33 years as of 2023. Careful driver and knows the roads. Book through Liberty Taxis and request by name.

I was deeply unsettled to the unprofessional, disgusting and down right rude service that Liberty taxis had served me. Once we had organised a lift, they claimed that they had arrived, called and didn’t receive an answer from us, which simply wasn’t true. When we called to investigate where our taxi was, they implied that we didn’t answer and hung up. When we called again to ask where our taxis was, they got very aggressive and rude and hung up multiple times. Extremely rude and unprofessional, no wonder why jersey lifts is the number one option for the jersey community.
