Lovely company I have booked with this company all weekend and had to use them in emergency as the travel company we booked with let us down and didn't turn up, but this company was spot on and got us (10) all to the airport on time. Thank you Domino's Cabs for your great service. Why only 4 stars well unfortunately I don't give 5, as room for improvement and 1 driver was rude

I do not normally write reviews, but I feel others may benefit by not using Domino Cabs. We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The flight was delayed so I called and was assured they would track my flight and be there. We landed, no cab. We saw a Domino cab waiting and asked if he was for us. He said no, and called the office. They had cancelled our booking, told us they couldn’t send anyone, so we had to get the bus. I stupidly thought I would give them a second chance and booked another taxi for a different morning. After waiting for 5 minutes past the booked time I called the office not wanting a repeat. There was no answer after 10 minutes being on hold and it went to answer phone. Taxi finally turned up 20 minutes late, and tried to charge us full price despite explaining bad service we have had! The driver just blamed the office which wasn’t very reassuring. So overall, don’t book with this company if you need to get somewhere on time, or at all!

Driver did not follow instructions. Friendly but I know the road closures near my home and driver disregarded my specific instructions to go a different route despite repeating myself then told me I was wrong and charged me for the pleasure of the longer trip.

Been to Jersey few times to see my fiancee and always book domino cabs, they have always been on time and drivers are very polite and chatty on the way to the airport,so easy to book online and get a confirmation in minutes,will definitely recommend them without any hesitation.
