Really enjoyed our ride, we did the full loop round and enjoyed both the views & the commentary along the way.

We always take a trip when we are in Jersey a couple of times a year. However are really disappointed to note that the pre recorded tape is still the same one as many years previous, there's no recent mentions added such as the King and Queens visit, there is so much history involved which is really interesting but I just think some new things in and around Jersey could be introduced

Really appalling customer service!
I recently moved to Jersey and today I went to the Liberation stop as I am part of the committee and the tourist office of Visit Jersey. I also work in a hotel and I just wanted to ask about the times, prices and when it would be possible to use my complimentary pass.
The driver didn't even let me finish my explanation! And he didn't even bother to check my Jersey Pass professional accreditation.
He was extremely rude and I will definitely not try this company again or recommend to my colleagues or hotel guests.

This is a pleasant way to spend a grey afternoon in Jersey, the commentary was interesting and it takes a slightly different route on the return trip. We got off in st aubin and enjoyed a wander and an icecream The flexible return times meant we weren’t rushed. The driver was really friendly and let my son ring the bell.
