3 generations of my family have been buying watches and jewellery from Hettich for the past 40 years. They provide a 5 star service from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend them high enough. The new showroom looks absolutely stunning. The staff are so personable and professional. A special mention for Stephen who was so friendly and attentive and made the customer experience even more amazing.

I had the pleasure of visiting Hettich for the first time on Friday 2nd May, having been introduced to Francisco by my sister who is an existing customer.

Francisco was a model of professionalism and as well as giving me a full run-down of the watch I was buying, clearly showed his love of horology in our discussions.

He is a credit to both the Hettich family and Rolex brand and it was kind of him to spend so long with me. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and I would heartily recommend Hettich to any visitors to Jersey.

Whilst on a long weekend trip we passed the window of this fabulous shop and spotted my perfect watch, a pink faced Rolex.
The whole buying experience was perfect from start to finish.
We were made to feel welcome immediately from the all the wonderful staff who took their time and expertise to fit my watch perfectly.
We were not rushed or felt pushed in any way a real 5* experience.
I would highly recommend these jewellers and may have to have another holiday just to visit them again.

What can I say other than 5 stars 🌟. I had been wanting a Cartier watch for some time and have been put off by the "big sell" in some shops. However in this case I couldnt have chosen a better Jewellers than Hettich, and in the very knowledgeable Beata who guided rather than sold. The environment was perfect, relaxed without the dreaded pushy sales experience, which for me is so important. I was given all the information I needed and viewed several different styles, and I came away with the watch that was right for me. If you want to purchase a beautiful watch or peice of jewellery from a bussiness with knowledge and 100+ years of experience then this is your Jewellers. I will certainly use them again and I fully recommend them to you.
