Poor customer service from the staff member when we went in for a few games of pool today. Set up the table only to find it was missing a ball. As our timer ticked down the guy took a few minutes to find a brown ball (each token is worth 10 minutes). As the light went off the staff member came straight over and asked us to buy a new token even though the first 5 minutes were wasted with him having to get the brown ball from somewhere. After I asked for a refund he reluctantly gave us another token to finish the game we were in the middle of. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

The old security man and the bar man are racist, they denied me drink yesterday , told me am drunk that time I had just in and played 1 game drinking still water. Racist Racist old man. Poor service.

Service is awful, the staff are rude and the stairs are dangerous. As proven by my broken ankle. Very disappointed.
